Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 Cucmber
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- salt
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber
- All he water needs to be squeezed out of the grated cucumber, this can be done by hand or it can be placed in a clean dish towel and squeezed to remove the liquid
- Combine the cucumber with the remaining ingredients
- Add salt as desired and add more lemon juice if need be
