
Banana bread, Dairy free
Dairy free, high fibre banana loaf
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Bananas, ripe
- 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
Instructions
- Mash the bananas
- Combine with the remaining ingredients
- Bake for 30- 35 minutes at 180C
- Makes one loaf
- Allow to cool before slicing
